Company Policies

Shipping Information:

Orders are shipping via USPS within 3-5 business Days (M-F) unless notified. Notification of items on backorder will be sent via email with expected ship date.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Cancellation must be done within 24 hours of ordering. Cancellations can only be honored if order has not been processed. For refunds or returns please email us and you will receive notification on return instructions. We are not able to return or refund custom orders. Please keep original packages and tags if possible. Returns or exchanges must be made within 7 business days of receiving item. Customer is responsible for return postage. Every effort will be made to satisfy your needs.

Rush orders:

Please let us know if you have a time frame you would like to meet and we will do everything possible to assist you. During holiday order fulfillment time may take longer.
